Of course, we understand that in many cases you may not have all the information at hand to quote a parts. In order for us to give you the most accurate quote, it helps if you can provide us with the following:
1) A fully dimensioned print, drawing, sketch (preferably in a PDF format) or CAD file.
2) The raw material specified.
3) The quantities you want us to quote.
4) Any necessary secondary operations, including heat treating, plating or finishing specifications.
5) Any customer specifications that may apply; such as FAI, PPAP requirements, material and outside process certificates required.
6) Any other background information that would be helpful, including target pricing or required lead-times.

P4W can produce custom machined parts & non-standard parts up to 80mm in diameter and under 170mm long. The manufactured tailor-made components including screw machined products, automatic lathe machined parts, CNC machining parts, CNC turning parts and stamping parts.

We produce screw machined products and CNC turning parts from material aluminum, brass, low-carbon steel and stainless steel, as well as some plastic upon request.
